Chemical Industries Process Safety Performance Measures

HSE has launched a national initiative to encourage the implementation of process safety performance indicators, to share good practice and to provide information which can be used to identify common and underlying causes of incidents and events.

This site has a forum through which companies can exchange ideas. It also provides guidance on the establishment of performance measures and allows online sharing of information on incidents and events.
