Can someone please let me know about what it would cost to develop a complete HSE SOP for an organization that does heavy mechanical type opearations. The facility has cranes, machine shops, welding, ship repair, confined spaces, almost every kind of mechanical work is done here. There are about 1,000 employees. The SOP will integrate various international standards so as to ensure compliance with a broad range of international standards. It is estimated that it will take about three months to develop. I don't want to short change myself with the bid to submit. This also includes a thorough JSA/JHA of the facility and a final training to key staff after the SOP is done. Thanks
