Adventure Activities Licensing in Scotland
The Scottish Government has asked the Scottish Adventure Activities Forum to undertake a review to further inform their decision-making relating to Adventure Activity Licensing in Scotland. SAAF want as many activity providers and other interested parties as possible to respond to the consultation. Revised Workplace ACoP
HSE has published new help for employers on how to protect the health, safety and welfare of their workers. The Workplace Regulations Approved Code of Practice (ACOP) (L24)[1] has been reviewed and updated to make it easier for employers, building owners, landlords and managing agents to understand and meet their legal obligations and so reduce the risks of over compliance.
