Agricultural Engineers Association (AEA):

The Association was established in 1875 to promote the technical, trade and commercial interests of British manufacturers and suppliers of agricultural machinery. It has championed the cause of manufacturers of agricultural machinery and more recently outdoor power equipment. Today its members cover a broad spectrum of manufacturers of land based equipment including those used in application of pesticides.

The UK Expert Committee on Pesticides (ECP):

The ECP was established to provide independent scientific advice on matters relating to the effective control of pests, including advice on approval and authorisation of pesticides. Its work takes account of the general purposes of Part III of the Food and Environment Protection Act 1985 (FEPA), Section 16(1). The ECP provides advice and recommendations to Ministers on any matter within its remit.
