Action Plan CoverThis Community has been established to facilitate the sharing of information and documents about the Scottish Plan for Action on Safety and Health. If you would like an invitation to join the community, please send an email to splash@hse.gov.uk

The Action Plan is a key part of the strategy for health and safety (Helping Great Britain work well) as it is directly contributing to the theme of "Acting Together".

Some documents on this site are working documents and drafts.  Final approval of the documents will be given by PHASS.

  • SGWS - Legal Update - 11th September - 2pm
    On the 11th September, in our first session of the new programme, we welcome back Lindsay MacNeill of BTO Solicitors. Lindsay has presented at SGWS several times and is very knowledgeable when discussing members questions. Joining BTO in 2012, Lindsay moved to Pinsent Masons in 2016, before returning to BTO in March 2018. Lindsay trained as a solicitor with the Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service (COPFS) and worked on a number of high profile cases within the Proceeds of Crime Unit.

This community has been established to facilitate the sharing of information across the Scottish health and safety community and about the Scottish Plan for Action on Safety and Health.
